A native of San Diego, Suzanne Harris moved to Park City in 1986 from Sun Valley, Idaho. She has been selling real estate in the greater Park City area for over 30 years. An avid skier, Suzanne has specialized in ski-in/ski-out resort property for decades. She has built many homes in Park City, including two ski homes in Deer Crest.

Her knowledge of new construction is welcomed and appreciated by her clients and fellow realtors. Her real estate accomplishments include working as the managing principal broker for two local real estate firms including Deer Crest Properties. Together, with her business partners at Chin, Fleming, Harris, Suzanne has ranked in the top 10 real estate teams in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network in North America for over 10 years.

In 2020, Suzanne and the CFH team were awarded the #1 ranking for sold volume by Berkshire Hathaway. She has been the listing broker for the iconic St. Regis Deer Valley since 2005. Giving back to the Park City community is important to Suzanne. She fundraised for the Make-a-Wish Foundation for several years in Park City.

Along with dear friends, she was a founding board member of Park City’s Friends of Animals Rescue and Rehab Ranch. She is a member of the Women’s Giving Fund, Park City Elks and Lions Clubs, and a regular supporter of the Park City Institute, KPCW Radio, Peace House, Egyptian Theatre, and other local charities.

When she is not working, you might find her skiing, gardening, cooking for family and friends, or riding beach cruiser bikes in San Diego with her husband, Craig Cooper.
