After growing up in Kaysville, Utah, Nisha moved to Cache Valley in 1996 to attend Utah State University on a leadership scholarship called the Presidents Leadership Council. She earned a BS degree in Business. She and her husband, Cannon, have four awesome kids; twin daughters and two boys.

Buying and selling real estate has been a part of their lives for many years. From buying, selling, small developing, holding and flipping, Nisha appreciates the importance that real estate plays in wealth creation and financial stability. As a real estate investor herself, she hopes to help new and experienced buyers and sellers meet their goals.
