Katie Wilking is a Senior Managing Director of the Commercial Division at Berkshire Hathaway Utah Properties, based in Park City, Utah. Born and raised in Park City, she is an expert on the real estate market. Wilking has a strong knowledge of her market’s history and helps guide clients towards its future. Wilking ensures the firm’s clients receive the full capabilities and resources available with BHHS. Starting with needs assessment and market evaluation, Katie uses creative and skilled negotiations, is committed to delivering leading-edge decision support and analysis, and strives to provide the collaboration clients need to make the best-informed decisions. With two undergraduate degrees in psychology and economics as well as a master’s degree in real estate (MRED, Master of Real Estate Development), and the coveted CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), Wilking is talented and experienced in both people and real estate. From finding and evaluating real estate options to detailed negotiation and a step-by-step process of the acquisition or disposition, Katie ensures her clients comfort and success in their transactions. Wilking serves a wide range of commercial clients from local start-ups and non-profits to national corporations. She is re-joining BHHS after previously working with Cushman & Wakefield as well as Newmark.
